Check for ...

















 Your mattress and your health.
    The correct mattress made out of the quality material can mean the difference between sweet dreams or sleep deprivation. A good quality mattress promotes deeper more refreshing sleep by giving you better support.
Tips to consider
    The height of the mattress from the floor. The higher the height , the lesser the support will provide.



    The quality of the foam. A soft mattress is likely to depress when pressure is applied. This does not provide adequate support for the body
    Before buying it, try lying on it in your normal sleeping position. Look for signs of depression when you get up.
    Your body weight. If you are mildly or greatly obesse , look for mattress that are low in height and firm in surface
    The type of support. Avoid as much as possible putting your mattress in any spring base, except the spring is embedded in the mattress itself
    Your previous health condition i.e. history of neck, shoulder or back pain.
    When depression begins to form in your mattress, turn it upside down and use the other side
   

Get a new mattress when the two sides of your mattress have become depressed
    When in doubts in the quality of your mattress, consult you physiotherapist.
